Threat and You

The 5-man Tanking Creed:
If the Tank dies, it’s the Healer’s fault.
If the Healer dies, it’s the Tank’s fault.
If the DPS dies, it’s their own damn fault.
After a couple recent experiences, I would like to add a little corollary to this:
If the Tank is not using Defensive Stance, Righteous Fury, Frost Presence or Bear Form (Really?), KICK HIM. Physically. Kick him in the nuts, through the Internet and the screen, so hard he’ll be ejected from your 5-man group.
There is only so much threat redirection can do.
